To guarantee that you will have a choice of dates, times and necessary services, we advise you to book your specifications in advance, especially during the busy tourist season from April to October.
Once you have decided on which services you require, simply inform us by phone, email or Skype. Once we have been notified and processed your order, we will send you an electronic confirmation of the preliminary booking. This will contain information about the services you have booked, the full cost and payment deadlines.
If payment for the reserved services is not received within the time-period specified in the confirmation email, the services you have booked will be cancelled automatically.
After any payment, you will receive a voucher (receipt?) that will provide a confirmation and guarantee of paid services.
The date of payment is the date of receipt of funds to the accounts of TheUkTours.
The company also practices a deposit payment system, which is 30% of the total cost. We advise you to discuss all details of payment with company representatives.
The following forms of payment are accepted either in London or from your country of arrival:
- bank cards (debit / credit), except Visa Electron and American Express. We do not need your security CV2 number; only your card number, name and expiration date are required. - money transfer in foreign currency to a bank account in the UK (in British pounds).
- via PayPal.
- cash paid directly to company representative in person in London.
We do not store the details of customer's bank cards, nor do we transfer them to third parties for use. We work under the control of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Our prices are fixed in British Pounds and include all taxes and fees. When accepting payments from bank cards, a commission of 3% is charged. When paying via PayPal, we charge + 4.2% for the withdrawal of electronic funds.
When canceling a booking: If cancellation of a booking is less than 24 hours before the excursion, 100% of the cost of the service is charged; if cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the service, 50% of the cost is charged. The commission is not charged if the service was cancelled more than 14 days prior to its commencement. We guarantee the provision of services only after 100% of advance payment no later than a day before the start date.
